1. How often should I visit the dental hygienist? - It’s recommended to visit every six months for a routine cleaning and check-up. However, your dentist may recommend additional visits if necessary.
2. What happens during my dental hygiene visit? - Our friendly hygienist will clean your teeth, remove plaque and tartar, check for gum disease, and provide advice on maintaining oral health.
3. Is a dental hygiene visit painful? - Typically, a visit is painless. Some may experience minor discomfort, especially if there is significant plaque build-up, but it is essential to remove this and any discomfort should soon pass.
